APPLE CRUNCH 
6-7 lg. apples, peeled & cored, slice thin & put in baking dish
1/2 c. white sugar, pour over apples
1 tbsp. flour, over white sugar
Lots of cinnamon over flour
Dash of salt
1/3 c. water over sugar & apples
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal, mix with sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Mix butter with brown sugar and oats. Put on top of apples. Bake at 400 degrees.
