IT'S SO GOOD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Scant tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or chopped ripe olives (or both)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook noodles; drain. Brown meat, onion, green pepper and mushroom in a skillet. Add tomato sauce; heat. Cream the cream cheese with sour cream then add cottage cheese and mix.

Layer in a 2 quart buttered casserole alternate noodles, cheese mixture, starting and ending with noodles. Pour meat mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
