JELLO DELIGHT 
1 lg. Jello (any flavor)
1 can fruit cocktail, drained well, reserve cherries
1 lg. Cool Whip, room temperature
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello and set until very thick and syrupy. Fold in Cool Whip and whip at high speed with mixer until frothy. Fold in fruit cocktail and 1/2 of nuts. Spray Jello mold with Pam or Wesson oil lightly. Pour in Jello mixture and let set until firm. Unmold and sprinkle with coconut, nuts and decorate with reserved cherries.
