CAKE:

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice

FILLING:

3 c. chopped apples
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

For Cake Mixture: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and then add remaining ingredients and mix well.

For Filling: Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar.

In a large cake pan, alternate layers of the cake mixture and the filling. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Delicious eaten warm.
