NOODLES AND CABBAGE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. cabbage, chopped
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8t tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion; saute until soft. Add cabbage; saute 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in caraway seed, salt and pepper. Meanwhile cook noodles in salted boiling water as directed; drain well. Stir noodles into cabbage. Add sour cream, cook 5 minutes longer, stirring often. 6 to 8 servings.
