PORK MEATBALLS OVER NOODLES 
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
Cooked noodles

Combine bread crumbs and milk and allow to soak. Add pork, egg, salt and onion soup mix and mix well. Shape into meatballs and brown in skillet. Drain off excess grease.

Add cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water to meatballs and simmer. Place on top of cooked noodles.
