CHOCOLATE ICE BOX PIE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and pat into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip from lg. container

Blend and spread over cool crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk

Beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.

4TH LAYER:

Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

5TH LAYER:

Grate Hershey bar on top. Store in refrigerator.
