MARGARET'S MACARONI STROODLES
SALAD
 
2 c. stroodles (spiral twists)
1 med. onion, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables

DRESSING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/3 c. cider vinegar

Bring to a boil.

Cook in salted water and drain 2 cups macaroni (crooked stroodles). Dice 1 medium onion, 2 stalks celery, 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper. Using directions, cook 2 cups mixed vegetables; drain. When ingredients have cooled, add the dressing. Cool and serve.
