MARINATED ZUCCHINI 
5 zucchini, thinly sliced
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
3 to 4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1/4 c. green onions, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Great for summertime BBQ's and picnics.
