CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces

Shake and bake.

APRICOT - MUSTARD SAUCE:

Mix:

1/2 c. jam
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Mix together oil and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Add the cut up chicken pieces and coat well. Gently coat with Shake and Bake. Arrange in single layer on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with dips. Makes about 36 pieces.
