DIPPERS NUGGET CHICKEN 
6 lbs. boned chicken steaks
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
Vegetable oil

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Mix all other ingredients together. Dip chicken in batter and fry in oil until browned. Serve with Royalty Sauce. 12 servings.

ROYALTY SAUCE:

1 c. Kel
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes 1 cup.
