FROZEN DATE SALAD 
1/4 c. pineapple liquid
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. chopped dates
1 c. whipping cream

Add pineapple liquid gradually to soften the cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Add pineapple, pecans and dates; mix thoroughly. Whip cream in chilled bowl. Fold in date mixture. Spoon into 7-8 individual molds. Freeze until firm.
