SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
6 eggs
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 oz.) mozzarella cheese
2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. water
Pastry for two 9" pies (double crust)

1. Skin sausage, brown in pan. Drain grease.

2. Reserve 1 egg yolk, combine remaining eggs and next 6 ingredients in bowl. Add sausage.

3. Make pastry according to box.

4. Fill shells with filling.

5. Cover pie with crust. Cut slits in top.

6. Take reserve yolk and water; cover crust.

7. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

8. Serve hot or cold.
