HONEY-NUTTERS 
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2/3 c. honey
16 graham crackers
1/2 c. instant non-fat dry milk
Toasted wheat germ or coconut

Combine peanut butter, honey, and dry milk. Crush graham crackers and add to mixture. Make little balls by rolling a teaspoonful between the palms of your hands. Roll in coconut or wheat germ to coat. Taste improves if made a day ahead.
