SCRUMPTIOUS BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine flour, salt, and sugar. With a pastry blender, cut in the butter. Add the vinegar and mix with a fork. Press mixture in a loose-bottom pan, pressing crust up to sides.

FILLING:

2 boxes blueberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Wash blueberries, and take out 1 1/2 cups of the largest berries. Reserve these for later.

Put the remaining, cleaned berries in a bowl, and add the sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix together, gently, and turn into the unbaked pie crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the reserved berries over the top. Cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
