PART 1:
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and pat in baking dish and bake until it melts and sticks together. A 9x13 inch pan works well. Cook about 10-15 minutes. Cool before adding the second layer.

PART 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over first layer (crust).

PART 3:
2 pkgs. Jello instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over Layer 2.

LAYER 4:
Remainder of Cool Whip

Spread remainder of Cool Whip over top of cake. Top with chocolate sprinkles.
