CRABAPPLE SAUCE | |
1 (14 oz.) jar spiced crabapples 6 oz. apple juice 1/8 tsp. ginger 1 oz. dry sherry 2 oz. water 2 tbsp. cornstarch Heat all ingredients except water and cornstarch, simmer 5 minutes, remove apples, form a slurry with starch and water. Use to thicken sauce, then return apples and hold hot for service. |
