CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 can artichokes (14 oz.)
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. sauteed fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. med. dry sherry
Ground pepper to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Place artichokes in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with crab. Top with sauteed mushrooms. Melt butter in saucepan and add other ingredients except cheese. Stir well after each addition to form smooth sauce. Pour sauce over first 3 ingredients and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
