PEPPERONI BREAD 
2 loaves frozen white bread dough or 2 cans refrigerator pizza dough
1 lb. pepperoni, sliced
2 or 3 bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Let bread loaves thaw out about 2 hours. Roll out with rolling pin one bread loaf into a rectangle shape about 18 x 24 inches. Place half of pepperoni slices all over dough (like pizza). Sprinkle half of chopped vegetables on dough. Sprinkle half of cheese evenly on top of vegetables. Start at one long side and roll up into a loaf. Repeat with second loaf. Transfer to cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Slice and serve. Make sure oven rack is in center.
