BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/3 soup can water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 lb. round steak or sirloin steak

Cut meat into strips and brown in melted butter. Add soup, water and sour cream. Stir well and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Serve over rice or pasta.
