MAKE AHEAD - MASHED POTATOES 
12 potatoes
1 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Cook and mash potatoes. Add milk, cream cheese, butter and baking powder. Mix well. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan or bowl. Cover. Refrigerate. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May take a little longer to heat. These can be made a day ahead. 12 servings.
