CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
6 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Strawberries
Banana slices

Heat all ingredients, except vanilla, in fondue pot on high, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Reduce heat to medium, continue cooking, stirring constantly about 5 minutes until thickened. Add vanilla and mix well. Set on low for serving. Serves 6-8 adults. Dip fruit, etc.
