80 Ritz crackers, rolled fine 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted Mix and press in bottom of 9x12 inch pan. 1 1/2 c. milk 2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding Mix together. Beat together and pour over crust. Cover with Cool Whip and freeze. Set in refrigerator about 1 1/2 hour before serving. |
