MUSHROOM - SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Milk
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
8 oz. spaghetti
2 hard cooked eggs
Paprika
Cheese

Drain mushrooms into measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 2 cups. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend flour into butter. Gradually add milk mixture and cook, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook and drain spaghetti. In 3 quart casserole arrange layers of spaghetti, cheese, mushrooms, and eggs. Season each layer with salt and pepper and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika. Bake in preheated over top. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
