PUMPKIN PIE 
Crisco pastry for 9 inch single crust
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. honey
2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry. Mix sugar, salt and spices with honey and pumpkin. Heat milk, add with eggs to pumpkin mixture and blend thoroughly. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 minutes.
