WHITE CHILI 
3 -4 cans navy beans
1 can chicken broth
2 cans cream corn
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
1 can (4 oz.) chopped chilies
3/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
Ritz crackers

In a crock pot, add navy beans, broth, soup, water, onion, garlic and salt. Cover and cook while preparing chicken. Add shredded chicken, green chilies, cumin, oregano, ground red pepper, cloves. Cook for another 30 minutes. Add some cheese and salsa and simmer.

Serve in a bowl. Top with additional cheese, salsa and sour cream. Eat with Ritz crackers.
