FROSTED PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 bananas, diced
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (save juice)
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. Cool Whip
Sm. amount grated sharp cheese

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir. Add bananas and crushed pineapple. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Mix together flour and sugar. Add egg and pineapple juice. Cook in double boiler until very thick. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over gelatin and top with grated cheese.
