COTTAGE CHEESE DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. nuts
1 c. Real Mayonnaise
1 lg. (20 oz.) and 1 sm. (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
16 oz. sm. curd Cottage cheese
1 sm. can (5 oz.) evaporated milk

Combine mayonnaise and milk well. Combine Jell-O's with 1 cup boiling water until Jell-O dissolves well with no lumps. Make sure it isn't grainy. If it is, start over with the Jell-O.

Drain pineapple in strainer. Stir pineapple and Cottage cheese together in bowl.

Add Jell-O mixture to mayonnaise mixture. Stir. Pour the Jell-O mixture in pineapple mixture; stir well. Stir in nuts. Pour into serving bowl. Refrigerate until firm.
