BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, finely minced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Herb Bread stuffing
1/4 c. butter

Cook and drain the frozen broccoli; set aside. Mix cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion in large bowl. Add broccoli and mix well. Add mixture to a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.

Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Sprinkle on top of casserole and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
