BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. liquid oil or Crisco
2 c. water
3 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. All Bran
4 c. 100% Bran buds
5 c. unbleached flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk or 1 qt. apple juice
3 c. sugar

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and salt. Put Bran and water in one bowl and let set. Add flour put soda into your buttermilk, add to flour and put all mixture together. Use muffin Liner in muffin tins. ( Makes 48 to 50 muffins) or you can make loaves. Freeze them or make 1/2 recipe or you can keep batter 6 weeks in your refrigerate.
