AUNT LYNN'S NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
3 c. unbleached flour 1 1/4 c. Crisco 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 5 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. white vinegar Cut Crisco into flour and salt until the size of crumbs. Beat egg, water, and vinegar together and pour in all at once. Mix with fork until all blended. Form into 2 balls, 1/2 for bottom, 1/2 for top. Roll out on well floured bread board. |
