2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can flaked coconut
1/3 c. chopped pecans

In blender container, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch round or square cake pan. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
