IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE PIE 
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
Cheesecake topping

Cut cream cheese into 1/2" cubes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" x 1 1/4" pie plate.

Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick in blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into plate. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Spread on topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well.
