ZAPATA (TACO SALAD) 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Schilling taco seasoning
1 pkg. mild Italian dressing mix
1 med. can pintos, drained
1 head of lettuce, shredded
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 lg. pkg. corn chips

Brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Make Italian dressing according to directions. Mix cooled beef, beans and dressing. Marinate overnight or several hours. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
