SENSATIONAL BROCCOLI CRUNCH 
2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. red onion, cut into thin rings
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Store in refrigerator, toss just before serving. P.S. Cauliflower can also be used with the broccoli.
