SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp.. sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground fennel
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomato puree
1 (10 oz.) can stewed or whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 lb. your favorite meat

Brown meat, drain fat, set aside.

Combine oil, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes an sugar. Heat until onion is tender. Add tomato paste. Add remaining ingredients. Add meat; simmer covered one hour. Serve with noodles.
