SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. Italian pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 lg. cloves garlic
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sugar
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato juice

Lightly brown pork sausage and ground beef. Drain grease. Pat meat in slow cooker (crock pot). Add remaining ingredients. chop up stewed tomatoes before adding. Add enough tomato juice to desired thickness. Simmer in cooker 4-6 hours. Serve over spaghetti or any pasta.
