SPINACH SALAD II 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
6 pieces fried bacon, crumbled
2 bunches green onions
1/4 lb. fresh sliced raw mushroom

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
Clove of minced garlic

Clean spinach and drain well. Combine crumbled bacon, cut onions and mushrooms with the spinach. Mix all ingredients for dressing and toss together when ready to serve.
