POTATO CANDY | |
1 sm. golf ball size potato 1 lb. bag powdered sugar Peanut butter to taste (Mixture is soupy until sugar is added.) Boil small potato. Peel and let partially cool. Mash with fork. Start gradually adding powdered sugar until mixture resembles dough. Lightly powder work area and top of dough with powdered sugar and roll with rolling pin. (Shape now resembles pizza crust.) Spread peanut butter and roll up like a cinnamon roll. Cut in pieces. |
