HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
7 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. hot water

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoon cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into square pan 9 x 9 x 2 inch size. Combine remaining sugar, brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top. Do not stir. Bake 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes. Spoon sauce from bottom of pan over top. Serves 8 to 10.
