ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. zucchini, about 1 1/2 zucchini, pureed in blender
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and beat 30 seconds. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool about 10 minutes; remove from pan.
