MY MOM'S MINCEMEAT 
2 lb. lean meat, chopped (mom used venison)
5 lb. sour apples, chopped
2 1/2 lb. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. applesauce
1 lb. beef suet, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. raisins
2 lb. currants
1 c. molasses
Juice & rind 1 orange & 1 lemon
1 c. boiled cider
1 tsp. lemon extract
