HIDDEN TREASURE CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. chocolate chips
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
Pinch of salt

BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. water
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

Sugar
Chopp ed nuts

Combine ingredients for filling and set aside. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients all at once; mix well. Fill 24 paper lined muffin cups 1/3 full of batter. Top with heaping teaspoon of filling. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
