1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) boxes vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Crush cookies with food processor, set aside. Combine butter and cream cheese, set aside. Mix pudding, powdered sugar, milk and Cool Whip. Combine with cheese mixture. Mix with electric mixer on low to get lumps out.

Layer ingredients, starting with crushed cookies, filling, cookies, filling and ending with cookies. You will have 3 layers of cookies; bottom, center, and top. Two layers of filling.
