HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms or 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Brown onion and hamburger; drain off excess fat. Add the rest of the ingredients except the sour cream. (Add water to get desired consistency.) Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
