PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 lb. can pumpkin pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture in 3 or 4 portions. Bake in four 4x7 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.
