BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES | |
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips 1 stick butter 1 beaten egg 1 c. confectioners sugar 3 c. miniature marshmallows Melt chips and butter. Add eggs, sugar, and marshmallows. Cover bottom of 8 x 8 inch pan with graham crackers. Pour mixture over crackers. Refrigerate when cool, cut and serve. Rich and delicious. |
