PORK CHOP HOT DISH 
4 pork chops
3 med. potatoes, sliced
1 lb. cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops, remove. Add onion, soup and milk; heat slightly. In a 2 quart baking dish put alternate layers of potatoes and cabbage. Sprinkle each layer with flour, salt and pepper. Pour some of the soup mixture over each layer. Put chops on top. Cover and bake at 350, 1 1/4 hours.
