STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. applesauce
1 sm. pkg. strawberries (frozen)

Combine water, Jello; assorted strawberries and applesauce to Jello mixture while still hot. Chill in 7 x 12 inch dish. Top with sour cream and press tiny marshmallow into sour cream topping as thick as you like. Serves 6.
