1 box vanilla pie filling
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
Powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixed

Stir well and cook until thick peanut butter and powdered sugar mixed together until not sticky. Put in bottom of pie shell until well covered. Beat egg white. Put on top of pie filling then sprinkle peanut butter mix on top and bake until brown.
